The Space

A newly built (2024) three-bedroom home set over two levels.

The living areas and two bedrooms look out to gorgeous view over the lake and the Remarkables.

Please note, there is a construction site immediately next door (see property photos).

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, two with gorgeous view over the lake and the Remarkable.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. Two Ensuites, one separate. All bathrooms have standing showers, howeverthe master bathroom also includes a bathtub.

Living areas: Open-plan living with smart TV, balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with this property has a refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave.

Balcony: Attached to the living area. Features two chairs for easy outdoor viewing.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Size Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King Size Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Size Bed

Master Bedroom: 1 King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

This apartment is located off Frankton Road, making it very easy to get to downtown Queenstown or the airport.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: There is one set of internal stairs. 18 in total

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
