Excellent location!!! But it looks like a 2 star inn hotel. Ugly lobby Cheap furniture The worst is that you can listen to the people and tv in the others rooms Cheap doors No heating in the hallways, it’s freezing Ugly bathrooms, small towels Shampoo and soap smells horrible The water from the faucet smells awful The elevator doesn’t go to the top floor, have to use the stairs!!!!! Horrible with luggage or old people. In my kids room the rug was torn

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting around incredibly convenient, and we loved how close the shops and restaurants were—just a short walk away. It was a great experience overall – highly recommended!

As always our stay at crowne plaza queenstown is enjoyable. Great customer service. Nothing is too much to ask for. Position can't be beaten. Breakfast was awesome. Our only issue was with the smell of gas from the kitchen beneath us early in the morning if we opened our balcony door. Reception dealt with our issue immediately and even offered to move our room for us. Bathroom needed a little more tlc but otherwise housekeeping was excellent. All in all a very good review with just a couple of issues. We will be back. We love staying at crowne plaza. Keep up the good work.

No running water. L There was a letter informing the water was going to be off until 3pm. On arrival back from a long day at conference, still no running water at 6pm for a shower / refresh prior to the dinner.
