The Space

A four-bedroom home set over two levels. The living areas look out to views towards the Remarkables Mountain range.

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, with residential outlook from balconies and windows - View over the lake.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Main bathroom has a bathtub next to the walk in shower. In the ensuite, just a walk in shower. Suitable for elderly.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pumps, and a gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, oven, electric cooktop, extractor fan, microwave, pod coffee machine.

Balcony: There is a balcony with seating for four for peaceful viewing.

Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk Bed

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs only

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 8 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
