This was an awesome place to stay for our time in Queenstown. Public bus from the airport stops right next to peppers making it super easy to get there. Beautiful across from the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful and good local knowledge. We were very happy!!!!!

The furnishing is old but cosy and homely enough. What was greatly disappointing was the level of cleanliness - the place did not feel clean at all. The couches were stained and there was old belongings/bottle left in the trunk table in the living room. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had in a hotel - please do not book this place just for the breakfast. It was terribly dire. Great location though and service at the reception was friendly. Absolutely not worth it for the price!

Location, room layout, room quality and view were excellent! The only thing stopping it being a 5 star review is the cleanliness. Not filthy but cleaners not thorough. Checked into our room, beds made but not as tidily as I have had in other hotels. Bathroom sink was dirty, sock from previous guests stuck between couch cushions, rubbish in our bedroom behind night stand. Towels were changed daily which was great but I received one that was stained/dirty. Other than that, the room was fantastic and I would absolutely book here again!

I imagine 10 years ago this property would have been an amazing place to stay, unfortunately though, apart from the views and the location this is no longer the case. Sewage smells, lifted carpet, broken phone, faulty lamps, squeaky beds and more. We booked this property on a deal, had I paid the full price I would have been incredibly upset!

Good location. However the room was not very clean, leftover food from previous guest was under the coffee table and couch, bathrooms were not very clean with the shower having dirt around doorframe. The rooms were poorly lit and the vents into the bedroom were not working so it was extremely stuffy during the night.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful few days in Queenstown! Our garden apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and we loved how it was serviced daily. The staff are really friendly. Can't beat the location with a short walk along the lake to the centre of town. One of our beds consisted or two king singles pushed together and it wasn't very comfortable. We used the small carpark area once then parked for free out on the street. One other tiny complaint, the bathroom tap was hard to turn on and you had to be careful not to get splashed as you forcefully lifted the handle. We would definitely stay at Peppers again.

Had to pay an unexpected fee for parking in a crammed underground parking area. Apart from appartment front door/ windows, no other windows in the bedrooms and although two seperate bedrooms, only one bathroom.
