Private & Peaceful in Central Queenstown with secure off-street parking.

Perfect spacious holiday home for smaller groups up to 5 guests ; children & infants Welcome, (infants under 3yrs are free, just advise us for bedding , porta cot etc. ). The spacious air conditioned lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen make for easy entertaining while the bedrooms are large enough to unpack the suitcases. Private off street secure parking with gates secures your privacy. This property is on the base of Queenstown Hill, it commands great views, and if walking down into town requires a bit of energy to return however the effort is worth the proximity, location & views. This gets easier the longer you stay and burns off those growing unwanted calories.
If using a vehicle this isn't an issue and the choice is yours.
For the ski season, only 5 minutes walk to ski shuttles. A drying rack & dehumidifier is included in the laundry to ensure ski clothing is dry and warm before heading for the slopes as well as combination washer drier and outside cloths line to keep things fresh & clean when needed. The tiled floor in the hallway to bathroom and laundry has underfloor heating in winter and well as bedroom wall heating and electric blankets making your stay comfortable.
Easy walking distance to Queenstown's best walking/running tracks (Queenstown Hill, Queenstown Gardens etc).
Although one bathroom with shower and vanity, the toilet is a separate room to provide privacy and convenience as well as having a second vanity.
Commercial Linen and Exit Clean is provided within the nightly rate.
Highchair and Port-a-cot provided on request.
Couples and Families preferred.

Great place for a skiing holiday

Really peaceful, clean and modern apartment close to central Queenstown. Reid was great to deal with and is a very helpful host. We were a skiing group. There are good facilities for drying clothes after a big day. Off street car parking was no dramas. The apartment is warm and comfortable - we were all well rested. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot in Queenstown

We had a great week in Queenstown!!The place is first class and super clean. The Bed is comfortable and the heating/ air conditioning is brand new. The proximity to town makes it so no car is needed. The “hill” is steep but was very doable for our 60 year old legs. Lots of laughs. Great place and the host is super responsive and helpful! Would recommend and for sure stay again.

Great location in Queenstown!

A lovely large 2 bedroom apartment and only a 10 minute walk into the heart of Queenstown BUT a very steep climb back up the hill!But the views over the town, lake and chairlift make it all worthwhile!!

I would not place any trust in this host.

One star review due to being accused of damaging drywall. Two days after we checked out the host sent me 3 small pictures, that honestly could have been from any wall, and then said we must have damaged it. In his contract it states he can charge up to 1,200 NZD for damages, so he proceeded to go ahead and charge us, before getting a quote. We never saw a quote, we never saw the bill for the repair, and for a small hole in the drywall there should have been at least two quotes. We didn’t damage the wall. We have stayed at over 15 VRBO’s and never had this occur. If you stay here I would film everything on arrival, and note anything damaged to him immediately (like the bbq grill and heating element in one of the bedrooms that was broken when we arrived) otherwise you are likely to be hit with his full charge. I would also film everything upon departure. The most frustrating thing other than the accusation and charge is that we took great care of his flat while we were there, including taking out trashcans to the street- as he requested I do, which were so full of liquor bottles from the prior guests that I twisted my knee in doing so, due to the weight and steepness of the road. Since I am not dishonest- I will admit the flat was fine, with a great location, was able to park a Rav4 in the driveway- but its tight. I wouldn’t lie about it being a nice place to stay, just like I wouldn’t about damaging someone’s property. Extremely disappointed in this host.

Fabulous place and location

A wonderful accommodation. Plenty of room. Nice seating area outside and beautiful view of lake and mountains. Very short walk to town. Last bit of walk is a steep hill, but do not let that discourage you! Most places are on steep hills but this one is very close to Queenstown, where all the action is . Bonus, you have a place to put your car!! Parking is difficult in Queenstown. Be sure to take the gondola and ludge at top. It is walking distance from apartment.

Brilliant

It was a wonderful experience to stay at this house.The location is perfect, just be aware there is a steep slope to climb, but no problem with a car.Also i was able to watch the fireworks from the place, which was great, since i had early plans and don't likw crouds but even if you like crowds, the city center was less than a 5min walk . Really great new years experience!!!!

Cosy apartment.

Our second stay at this property and not disappointed. The convenience of being so close to the centre of Queenstown and space for off-street parking can’t be underestimated. The laundry is convenient for wet snow gear. The owner responds quickly to messages and does his best to accommodate requests.

A winning property!

This property was a major element to loving our Queenstown stay. When in the large apartment you can soak in the many beautiful aspects of QT while only being a 5 minute walk to shops & restaurants or 10 minutes to the lake. We took advantage of the great cooking facilities & views on some occasions. We didn't do any exploring outside of QT central so we didn't have a need for the car at all as there are many, many activities & shops within walking distance including a great almost hidden grocery store, Raeward Fresh, on Gorge Road for the items you need when relaxing at the apartment. The many comfy seating options assisted when relaxing. Our family loves exploring on foot so the hill on Turner Street was ok but it will increase the heart rate! Reid communicated really well and was very responsive. His apartment had everything and more that our family needed. Thank you Reid for a great stay.

This property was excellent - suited our needs very well. The steep street was a bit of a surprise, but that's Queenstown! :-). Reid responded to my text msg very quickly when there was an unexpected power outage which precluded any internet use to find the cause. Will definitely recommend this property to friends visiting Queenstown.in future.
