Villa Esador is a large 10-bed vacation villa for rent in Torre Suda, on the Ionian Sea. The Mediterranean-style villa is on three levels and has a beautiful sea-view terrace with newly built mini pool and solarium.
The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric oven and microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV. Pets are allowed.

ground floor, raised by a few steps, has a lovely partly shaded veranda
overlooking the sea, where you can have breakfast and relax while
looking at the horizon.
The ground floor consists of large living room with sofa and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 shower rooms.
On the penthouse floor, in addition to the large terrace with mini-pool and solarium, there are 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.
On the basement floor is a second apartment with kitchen and living area, 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

Villa Esador in Torre Suda is
a beautiful Mediterranean-style villa on the waterfront of the resort
characterized by accessible cliffs and deep, crystal blue sea. The
resort is also very close to the Gallipoli beaches of Baia Verde and Lido Pizzo.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Some rooms are on the basement floor.
