Sciaraviva, characteristic Sicilian house surrounded by an organic vineyard.

Ancient manor house surrounded by organic vineyards and olive trees hundreds of years old. At 700 meters above the sea level, Sciaraviva is the ideal base point for excursions to the summit craters and the trails around the volcano. Located in a quiet position 1km from Ragalna, 35km from Catania airport, 65km from Taormina, 85km from Syracuse.
The house, built in '900, has been completely restored, respecting its original structure and is surrounded by an organically grown vineyard.
It can accommodate up to 6 (+3 with extra charge) people and is composed as follows:
on the first floor, which is accessed via an external staircase, there is a living room with two sofas, dining table and panoramic balcony overlooking the vineyard and Simeto valley. The corridor leads to the first double bedroom (bed size: 160x200cm or, upon request, 2 single beds) and a private bathroom with tub / shower and two washbasins. A second double bedroom follows with direct access to the private & panoramic terrace (bed size: 160x200cm or, upon request, 2 single beds), while his bathroom with shower + wc is located in the corridor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary comforts, such as American and espresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob etc.
The kitchen has direct access to the private terrace and the pool house equipped of fridge, barbecue, dishes, table, chairs and a little bathroom with shower+wc.
In the attic, on the second floor, there is a welcoming double bedroom (bed size: 140x200cm) with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, with access to the outside, next to the architecture studio, there is the fourth double bedroom (available on request upon payment of an € 100.00 extra per night). This bedroom has two rooms: one with a double bed and private bathroom (bed size: 140x200cm) and a second room, which has a sofa bed for 1 child (max. 10 years).

On the ground floor there is an architecture studio and the owners live in the adjacent cottage.
