In Marina di Ragusa, this holiday apartment offers a view of the swimming pool. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings.

Villa Heraia is a newly built facility located in the modern residential area of Marina di Ragusa.



The villa consists of three independent accommodations, two on the ground floor and one on the second floor where the owners live. In the villa there is a large garden with two Balinese beds available to guests for relaxing moments and a shared swimming pool with an equipped solarium.

The pool is open from May to mid-October and is made available to guests from 09:00 to 21:00.



Please respect the hours of silence: 14:30 to 16:30, and 24:00 to 8:00.



In each accommodation there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, equipped veranda. Each room is air-conditioned, free wi-fi available. It is possible to park your car for free on the street in front of the house. There is a wonderful sea view from the villa.

There are cats on the property, which we admire so much.



There is a supermarket 100 meters from the villa and the center of Marina di Ragusa with its beautiful promenade, restaurants and nightlife is a few minutes drive away.
