I hate to give a poor rating because a few things were good such as some of the staff were kind and room was clean when we arrived. It was also nice being able to use the tables in the lobby area to play games and eat dinner with others. However, the breakfast was terrible and the juice dispenser was basically water. Also, we were there for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned at all the entire time. Another family said the staff told them at check in that their would be cleaned every other day, but that did not happen for their room either. So whatever the cleaning schedule is for rooms, it should be communicated more clearly. Hallway floors were also not cleaned. The water park was packed and without clean towels. Hot tub was full of kids and parents with babies so that made it difficult for some adults to be able to enjoy at least 1 "adult only" area.

Checkin went well. Room was nice. There was still trash & dirty towels on floor when we got there. Beds werent too comfy & pillows are nonexistent. Checking out the attendant barely got off his phone to acknowledge us.
