Agent who checked us in was very abrupt. Efficient, but put me off the minute I walked in. No greeting. Just what’s your name before I got to the counter and then I had to repeat myself. The tv was not working in the room. To their credit they came up immediately to try and fix it and moved us to another room when it still didn’t work.

We enjoyed our time here in Raton. Property was weird to access. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of items. Quiet even though it’s not far off the freeway.

It was ok for a quick night passing througg

The room was clean and fine. The bed was very hard and the AC was set to 64 but never got below 74. It was warm all night. The breakfast was a mess, one poor lady was trying to keep it all afloat by herself. She did a great job, but the floors had food all over, the pancake machine was broken. Lots of things were not filled. The lobby and common areas are not updated like the rooms.

Great stay all around!

The property accommodated us concerning our disabled son and made the stay very nice. The only thing I think the property needs to add, is a rubber mat for the shower floor. The floor was very slick, and someone could fall and hurt themself. Especially since it was an accessible shower. The beds were comfortable! The breakfast was awesome!
