Our stay was absolutely outstanding! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. The daily breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were with our gluten- and dairy-free dietary needs. Having access to the laundry facilities was another wonderful convenience. We truly can't say enough good things about our experience. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we're planning to come back for another night! We're so grateful we chose this hotel, it was in the perfect location, close to everything, and made our time here even more enjoyable.

This hotel seems to have several different areas where your room might actually be located. When we arrived, another family was just checking in ahead of us. The attendant asked us to wait and walked the family to another property all together to check them in. We stood outside for about 10 minutes until she came back. Our room was upstairs from the office (no elevator fyi!). Room was great and had excellent air conditioning. Huge bathroom with double sink and big shower, nicest we saw for the rest of our trip to Italy. Breakfast was included at the restaurant next door (yogurt, coffee, juice, pastry). Several restaurants and a small store within a 5-10 minute walk. In a nice area, we felt very safe. The office held our luggage for us after check out the next day since our shuttle to the cruise port wasn’t until later.

Location was great to easily walk to the sights & center. Lots of restaurants/bars close by for eating options. Rooms were sufficiently comfortable, but nothing spectacular. Breakfast was a coffee & pastry. Most rooms are located upstairs with a narrow staircase leading up. Something to be mindful of if you have a lot of luggage. Payment for parking was a bit confusing. They told us where to park but not clear about payment so we ended up double paying

The communication with staff was exemplary! I needed to arrange transportation from the airport and also to the cruise port. They were so helpful and went out of their way - so much help and we only stayed one night! We also arrived very late due to delayed flights and this they also accommodated. Early check in was kindly facilitated and greatly appreciated. The room had some maintenance and design issues that detracted from our stay. First the control for the sink plunger was missing, allowing water to fill (and damage) the cabinet and floor. Second, the AC unit worked but there was no fan or any way to move the air making the floor cold and above the knees sweltering hot. I could not sleep and finally just put my face in the ice cold (slightly moldy) AC to get sleep. Finally, the restaurant downstairs had genuinely good food but prices were very high and ironically, it was very anti-tourist. We had a good time, but … Service took a total of three hours, which is the custom, but for families with tired children it is hard. As they say, if you want fast go get a Kebab.
