Three bedroom, three bathroom house (2 ensuite) with saltwater swimming pool/ private garden in a great location close to restaurants and local shops and only a 10 minute walk to Nai Harn Beach.

Each bedroom has both air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are three ceiling fans in the main open-plan living area which features a high cathedral-like ceiling. There is secure undercover parking - for either a car SUV or pickup and a number of motorbikes - conveniently located next to the entrance to the villa itself.
The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic; a short soi leads out to the main road down to Nai Harn beach.
