O quarto tinha uma vista esplêndida para a praia de Boa Viagem e estava equipado a contento. Quando houve um problema com o fogareiro, trocaram de imediato, o que certifica a atenção e a disponibilidade do estafe. A localização é ótima — evita-se o fervo do centrão, mas fica-se bem próximo a padaria, a mercado, a bons restaurantes, a acessos à praia e a transportes. Indicaria com tranquilidade.

Achei a acomodação com um custo benefício ruim. Ao chegar os lençóis estavam amarelados, e muito mas muito amassados A cama (colchão) não recebe higienização há tempos. A acomodação tem uma estrutura extremamente básica, sem quase utensílios e o fogão, é um fogão de camping. Uma pena pois o condomínio é bonitinho, tem uma piscina gostosa com bela vista apesar de bem pequena é uma vista muito bonita da praia Academia tb com equipamentos quebrados e sem manutenção . Estadia Semanal - Concurso

Bom, este apartamento tem uma vista incrível, não se pode negar. Ele fica à frente do Mar. A acomodação que pegamos a vista era parcial para mar, no entanto, era maravilhosa. O quarto q pegamos não era grande, suficiente para 2 pessoas. Tinha uma estação de TV, ao meio, q dividia a cozinha. Existens alguns itens de cozinha, porém bem reduzidos. Sentimos falta de cafeteira manual e de um fogão de pelo menos 2 bocas para o preparo das alimentações. Outro ponto que deve-se a observar é em relação à hóspedes de q passam mais de uma semana, pq ?! seria interessante a troca das roupas de banho e cama sem custo. Poderíamos solicitar, porém mediante custo. Ao redor, existem supermercados e panificadora, mas não tão pertos, 3 quadras aproximadamente.. Enfim, a hospedagem no que diz respeito ao custo benefício é boa. As instalações do condomínio são ótimas, sempre limpas e cheirosas. Todos muito educados.
