Overpriced for the amenities. Serious renovation is needed. Leaky shower, toilet and sink in our room 156. I would not stay again for $300 a night. Overpriced Staff is nice, friendly, and work hard!

All is set up for an enjoyable, worry free stay

We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive.

All inclusive impecável e com localização incrível. A praia é bem tranquila e sem ondas como gosto. Equipe sensacional e sempre proativa. Único detalhe de atenção para mim é o fato de ter apenas um atendente no serviço de ceia o que ocasiona filas, mas cito isso me sentindo como "caçando pelo em ovo" pq nada interferiu na minha ótima experiência. A localização do hotel é muito boa, o cardápio também achamos razoavel, porém o hotel não tem estrutura para muitas pessoas, sendo que a todo momento se você quiser algo precisa encarar uma fila. Também em alguns momentos a reposição dos alimentos demorava muito. Os funcionários trabalham efetivamente sobrecarregados e no geral sempre tivemos respostas bem diretas e algumas vezes rispidas. Os quartos são antigos mas estão com uma manutenção em dia, tivemos problemas com a maçaneta do banheiro que ficava caindo e somente depois de pedir 3x para arrumarem que eles arrumaram de fato. A área entre piscina e praia está precária de manutenção, a areia não é limpa e tem cachorros que fazem as necessidades deles lá, onde todos pisam e ninguém limpa, inclusive é cheia de bituca de cigarros, fios e encanamentos que deveriam estar enterrados, estão aparentes, assim como pedaçoes de concreto. É uma area que é usada a todo momento e está totalmente abandonada. Utilizei o SPA e não voltaria, desde o tratamento do spa até as condições também da saúna são precárias. O espaço de vestiário cheira mal e tem uma estrutura ruim, até mesmo o ropão que utilizei para massagem estava bem amarelado e desgastado. Mesmo sendo um resort de entrada, deixou a desejar em coisas simples. É preciso fazer vista grossa pra muitas coisas pra conseguir curtir. A recreação infantil também é bem fraca, inclusive a adulta, eles não possuem nem um bingo, fizeram com papel.
