Upon entry into this lovely home you will walk into the foyer. To the left is our ground floor bedroom housing a queen bed, 3 twin beds, an extra long day bed with a trundle, Xbox 360 gaming system, TV, mini fridge and card table for the kids very own place to be! Off to the side is a full bath with a large step up rock shower. Continue down the hall and you will find to your left the tucked away updated kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, Kuerig, dishes, pots/pans, anything you and your family may need while staying with us.



At the end of the hallway you will find yourself standing in the open concept dining and living area. The dining room plus the bar make up for great seating and entertainment; the living room brings warmth and comfort with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and leather furniture. Go a little further and you will find the mud room, perfect for housing winter/fishing gear, watch the children feed the ducks as they float alongside the river, go outside to enjoy the outdoor attributes this home has to offer like the Traeger Pellet Grill, Chimenea or the Rock Wood Grill in the fenced yard or just feel the serenity of the mountains as you can view the Red River Ski Area's "Face" just blocks away... Up the stairs you will find 2 Master suites. The second master bedroom houses a King sized bed, flat screen TV, and an updated private bathroom with a walk-in tile shower with glass doors. The laundry area is to the side of the stairs for ease of access. Continue on and you will run into the Big Master Suite features a King sized bed, Flat screen TV with DVD player, private his/her bathroom with individual sinks and a new tile shower/tub combo and a Private balcony overlooking the babbling river and gorgeous mountain views.



This home is complete with Fiber Optic WiFi, Samsung TV and Smart TV apps. So when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous views from each of the decks/balconies and is located a hop, skip and a jump from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, jeep tours, festivals and so much more! This mountainous retreat is great as a romantic vacation or a family destination generation after generation.

Love this place!

This house was perfect for our two families over winter break! The property was exactly like the listing. We had plenty of room. All beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean. They supplied plenty of toilet paper and everything else you could need. We brought extra, but we didn’t need it. They even had a cute setup of complementary items such as hot chocolate and other snacks. Location was great. Probably can’t walk to the slopes in ski boots, but it’s a super short drive with plenty of parking. The place is so cozy and cute! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay with a few minor cleaniness issues.

The cabin is great. Our stay was great. The couch cushions were full of crumbs and food and the master bathroom shower curtain had crusty red stuff on it.

Great location and accommodations!

Perfect home with plenty of space for 6 adults. Loved being by the river for fishing and seeing deer nightly. Lindsey was always responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved this house!

Lindsey was super helpful all through the process. Very responsive. This house was the perfect setup for our group of 5. Huge master suite for my husband and me. Second bedroom with on suite bathroom upstairs perfect for teen daughter and the two teen sons loved the downstairs bedroom with huge tv and bathroom a few steps away. Kitchen was perfect for us. Cooked breakfast and dinner every day with no problems. The location so close to ski slopes was just what we wanted and having the Red River right next to the house was a bonus. Washer and dryer a plus with wet ski clothes. Would rent again without hesitation.

Beautiful home!

Lindsey was very nice and easy to work with. The house was very clean and we had no issues while staying there. It was great that we were able to bring our dogs too! We loved the house and had a great time with family. We’ve already talked about coming back to stay here again next year! 😊

As advertised in photos on site. Very cute, cozy and comfy. My only suggestion would be to put a free standing cabinet with shelves in the hallway for food storage. There's very little space in the kitchen that isn't already being used. Other than that, we thought it was perfect đŸ„°

Perfect place to stay

Everything was better than expected. Location was great, condo was clean, quiet and slept plenty of people. We were right in front of the river with a fenced in area for our fur babies. If I were to complain about anything it would be that the person responsible never did call to let us know that we could go in so finally we just let ourselves in and that the driveway s in terrible shape. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

River Rock Lodge

Wonderful RR experience staying in this cabin and being in the mountains in RR! We are grateful and thankful to have stayed at River Rock Lodge. We’ve stayed in it before. Lots of room , plenty of bathrooms with thick nice towels, beautiful well equipped kitchen and wonderfully decorated. The stream beside it is an added plus and location. Thanks Lindsey!
