The lady that checked us in wasn’t very friendly at all. When we got to our room, we had to call the desk because the tv wasn’t working, only to find out there wasn’t any cable and it wasn’t getting fixed til the next day. There was no communication at all about not having tv until we called the front desk. Will not be staying here again.

Horrible experience. Light in bathroom didnt work, tv didnt work. Other rooms were empty and we were told no other rooms available to switch us to. Staff didnt seem to care at all.

After a bad experience at a Motel 6 we were afraid to try a bargain brand hotel again, but we had a much better experience here! It’s a bargain, basic hotel but it was clean and the little packets of tissues were really a nice touch.

A Terrible Check-in Experience and a Sticky Situat

The check-in process was a nightmare. Unlike most hotels that simply place an authorization hold on your card, this one actually charges $100 security deposit to the card - and who knows when / if the refund will ever come. And it's credit card only, no cash accepted. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. The front desk clerk completely messed up my check-in and charged my card twice, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Fixing their mistake took extra time, making an already frustrating process even more aggravating. The room itself could have been decent for the price—clean, with newer furniture—but any comfort was ruined by the disgustingly sticky floor. It felt like someone had "cleaned" it with a mop soaked in soda. Walking barefoot was out of the question. Overall, a disappointing stay, and I definitely won’t be back.

Having stayed here many times I have always enjoyed my time there, except when I had the handicapped room. IF you are not handicapped, make sure you do not get this room. There is no place to put your things around the sink, and a few other inconveniences. All the other rooms I have had are nice, quiet, and have the amenities I needed.

Floor and surfaces were dusty, probably they dont really sweep or mop the floor. We were tired and didn’t request for room change. Bed and bathroom was okay, and clean. Microwave was not working well, power issues. Some electrical cables were exposed on the wall.

Go eat dinner at lulu's and shop at local estanlidhmentd ip downtown recently made nice up off California Street and Bell Shopping Plaza. Was denied my room upon check in.
