Our first room was not clean. We let the front desk know. The staff apologized and put us in a new room immediately. It was clean and everything else seemed clean. Would stay again.

We are so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The front desk staff was super nice and check in was really easy. I was happy that the hotel is a few blocks from the freeway. The pool is a beautiful space and the perfect cool down on a very hot day. Our room is clean and updated with a good-size fridge and super comfortable beds that are clean and cozy! Happy to have blackout shades in addition to the privacy shades. The only cons are the main floor hall carpets are a bit worn/ dirty, but upstairs hallway carpet is in great shape. There’s some wear and tear, likely from suitcase caddies hitting doorways, but the place is clean.

It smelled truly foul in the downstairs corridor… I do not exaggerate this! It smelled like a decaying body. Our toilet was broken so you had to lift the lid and manually flush and our television had been cracked. Beds were very clean and comfy and the staff was so kind.
