The most beautiful and magical place on earth. We video called every family member back home in Canada while at the hotel to show them the grounds. The hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the pools, to the gardens, doves, chicken, tennis courts, the walking paths and even an equestrian center. I am so sad that we did not have more time to spend there. 100+ recommend this property. My husband and I went for a before dinner drinks and the waiter brought us bread and oil and picked us fresh strawberries from the garden. Absolutely in love with this place and no hotel along our journey if Italy has compared.

Best Tuscany place for holiday

Terrible, I came no one is there I didn't check in, they told me that no one is there need to come before 7:00 pm Even if I checked in if something happen, no one is there. The property is closed and locked, please refund the amount because I didn't use the service

Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience.

Unfortunately the property is a little bit game of luck. The apartament I’ve seen on pictures making my decision to book was not the one I have received. They were fully booked, so they weren’t able to move us - it only happened for the last night and that one was great. So, 2/3 we lived in claustrophobic cave, 1/3 - in beautiful apartment full of light. It’s clean, beautiful, staff is friendly, but the room is a game of luck, we were not lucky, hence disappointed.

Beautiful outside, friendly staff but rooms need a major upgrade. Musty smell, dark, a/c doesn’t work and furniture very worn and dated. It’s out of the way so make it worth the drive.

This is a unique and lovely property. It is perfect for a romantic getaway. The property offers breathtaking views, great sunsets and a very inviting pool area with a huge pool to relax by. The friendly staff just made it even more enjoyable. We will be coming back.

Don’t let one person ruin a great time

Our stay was amazing apart from a rude waiter at dinner who also had an altercation with another couple. The room was very cute and the pool was amazing. The food was also really amazing and you should try the house wine. Worth the drive.

Working farm n equestrian center. The only thing I didn’t like was the second floor bedroom, up steep flight with no railing, just the walls. The outside was perfect….many walking trails and multiple farm animals that our granddaughter liked. Plus playground.

The property is like a mini resort. I absolutely loved staying here. Our cabin was nice and cozy. It is a bit of a crazy uphill drive, but totally worth the effort! Excellent breakfast options as well.

Poor Experience more of a motel, not a resort.

The views were amazing and our family had a great time at the pool, otherwise this place was very disappointing. The food options for lunch were either extremely limited and average at best or identical to the dinner menu with no pizza options. It very creative or fun when there are no other options within 4 kilometres. The service and friendly was of the staff was horrible outside of our evening waitress and the head chef. Everyone was rude and unwelcoming, we always felt like we were a bother and walking on pins and needles. The facilities are extremely outdated and felt dirty, especially as there is no cleaning service/daily housekeeping. The items in the room are in on the condition that the prior person left them in and there are not normal things provided like soaps. Our bathroom smelled like a wet dog and I’m sure there is mold in the walls. We had to have the windows open the whole stay to limit the smell. The shuttle service is also a rip off as they will only take you to the local train station for 50€ (60€ if not cash) and you can get a local taxi to and from Florence for 80€ total. The horse rides were fun for the kids, but at an additional cost and not easy to set up as they are not part of the actual hotel come to find out. Last, there was a wedding and an additional private party during our stay(not advertised at all) that took up the possibility of any additional lunch/drink options during the day and the ration of the restaurant staff at dinner.
