If the pool and work out room weren't closed I would have given this Inn another star but I booked it specifically to use the amenities. The room was clean and checking in went smoothly but the next morning some random guy just uses a key to enter our room while we were getting ready. My teenage daughter was just getting out of the bathroom after a shower. No knocking, no announcing his entrance. Just some adult male entering a room with a mom and her teenage age daughter. He just said sorry and left and entered the next room, again no announcing his entrance or knocking first. Completely inappropriate for any staff to do such a thing. I have never felt more unsafe and violated in a hotel before.

On the website it said there was a pool but when we arrived I was told that the pool was under renovation. False advertisement. We didn’t stay there. Had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. Lost my money and will never use Expedia ever again. You’ve lost my business.

Hotel’s main lobby is being updated. Rooms were comfortable but a little outdated and could use an update. Overall it was a nice stay and gave us a safe place to sleep.

The staff was nice, but the entire place was under renovation. I feel like hotels should be required to notify expedia so that guests can still choose to stay or not. I wanted to use the gym and indoor pool facilities and all were closed. The room was a handicapped room, and the shower was frustrating. The hand held mounted sprayer would not stay put. It would move towards the wall or curtain and inch down. The floor was also dirty and needed to be shampooed. I don't generally complain, but the stars did not match the expectation. Hotels should be required notify expedia and updates be made when amenities are unavailable.

The staff were very friendly and nice. However, the pool and fitness center were both unavailable due to the hotel currently being remodeled, which remodeling occurred throughout the weekend and even earlier in the morning than the posted flyers said (the flyers said remodeling would occur between 9 AM and 5 PM, but I could hear the remodeling taking place at 8:15 on a Sunday morning). I would likely stay here again, after the remodeling is finished, but I was very frustrated with the pool being out of commission, as I had 2 youth to keep entertained and I had counted on the pool to be an option.

We’ve stayed here several times but, This place felt different this time. The carpet was dirty, furniture dusty, the heater sounded like it was screaming at us all night, the water smelled mildewed. We won’t return.
