It's not "downtown" but in a good position and has lots of stuff around it. The University is a few miles away, but I drove here and it was just to reminisce. The hotel was clean, and the staff was amiable. Loved it here so far.

All was very good except that the shower pan was slippery. As I stepped into the shower, I slipped and fell completely to the floor. Thankfully I was not hurt. The shower pan was slippery over all and I had to be especially careful throughout my whole shower. There was a grab bar on the far side of the shower that could only be reached by getting all the way in. There was nothing to hold onto on entering the shower. Being 72 years of age, those things are significant. When I reported the experience to the receptionist, I was informed that the shower was up to code. If that is the case, it is scary.

Every staff person was amazing and kind. Aiden was especially helpful. The location is just on the outskirts of town, but I was still able to walk to some places. There is a nice place to eat right next-door, as well.
