The apartment is part of a private complex of just five units, ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday and a chance to discover the wonders of Calabria.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and double sofa bed, and a sleeping area with a spacious double bedroom (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The rooms are simple, functional, and designed to offer comfort to families or groups of friends. The bathroom includes a shower.

Outside, the apartment opens onto an area equipped with a large dining table and comfortable garden sofas, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors, surrounded by the peace of nature and the scent of the sea.

The property is surrounded by flowerbeds and a magnificent shared garden, accessible to all guests. It’s the perfect place to relax in the shade of olive and fruit trees, seated in the available armchairs and enjoying the typical local atmosphere.

The apartment has an uncovered private parking space within the condominium area.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Nearby, about 5 minutes by car, is the center of Ricadi, where you can access essential services such as pharmacies, mini markets, bars, and small shops selling local products. Also within a 5-minute drive is Capo Vaticano, famous for its breathtaking viewpoints and beaches nestled between cliffs, such as A' Ficara and Praia I Focu, characterized by crystal-clear waters and seabeds perfect for snorkeling. For those wishing to further explore the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria, Tropea — one of the region’s most renowned destinations — can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. How to get there:

By car: from the A2/E45 motorway, take the S.Onofrio-Vibo V. exit and continue on the SP15 to Vibo Valentia. With GPS directions, passing through Mesiano and Spilinga, the property can be reached in about 40 minutes.

By train: from Lamezia Terme station, well connected to several southern Italian destinations, take the regional train toward Reggio di Calabria Centrale and get off at Ricadi station (8 stops, about 1 hour). Check local public transportation options from there.
