Located in Capo Vaticano, directly on Calabria's Tyrrhenian Coast, the villa is just 9 km from Tropea, which is a renowned tourist destination.

The distance to the sea is approximately 500 meters. The closest beaches are Santa Maria and Grotticelle, which are the most famous beaches on the so-called Coast of the Gods.

The building, surrounded by olive trees, consists of six confortable apartments, three units on two floors.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, cutlery, crockery, fridge and oven, and in the inside of apartment there are a flat led tv and a safe.

Great for couples, families and groups, as each unit can accommodate up to seven persons.

Each ground floor apartments have a comfortable outdoor space with open veranda, to be used to enjoy eating and relaxing, surrounded by the green of olive grove and his the fresh shadow; those upstairs have each a spacious terrace overlooking the olive grove with the possibility to eat and relax watching the sea on the horizon.

The outside area is equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, deckchairs as well as outdoor showers.

Mare con acqua trasparente

Siamo stati ospiti una settimana, abbiamo trovato un mare con acqua trasparente di colore turchese veramente eccezionale. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti, andata in discesa e ritorno in salita. Casa bella con comodissimo terrazzo dove poter mangiare all'aperto, comodissimo anche il grande giardino tutto recintato con ulivi dov'è possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'ombra, e dove si trova anche una doccia esterna. Il signor Giovanni è stato molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Casa Vacanze Sangeni..SEMPLICEMENTE IL MASSIMO!!!

Una casa vacanze in tutto e per tutto ottima. A due passi dal mare, da ristoranti, pizzerie e soprattutto dai market per spese e cose varie. Dotata di camere spaziose e cosa più importante fresche, in piena notte quasi ci si doveva coprire. Doccia all'esterno anche , per agevolare il rientro dal mare e dulcis in fundo...barbecue personale per arrostire. Al prox anno.

Vacanza a Capo Vaticano

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per due settimane in settembre 2017, e ci siamo sentiti come a casa, la casa è essenziale, e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la vicinanza a luoghi di interesse come Tropea e le più belle spiagge delle Calabria. I proprietari sono persone oneste e molto disponibili. Consigliato.

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO DI COMPLETO RELAX!

Abbiamo soggiornato qua io e il mio ragazzo a Luglio,per una settimana! Ci siamo trovati decisamente bene.. L'appartamento era abbastanza ampio,ben arredato,e dotato anche di un tavolino fuori dove poter cenare e passare il proprio tempo libero all'aperto! La zona è molto tranquilla e ventilata,e a pochi minuti di distanza c'è il mare (non contando poi le decine di spiagge meravigliose che si trovano a pochi km di distanza). Il paese è dotato di tutti i confort necessari per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e confortabile (bar,ristoranti,supermercati,pescherie,tabacchi ecc..). Il personale è stato davvero gentile,attento a soddisfare ogni eventuale richiesta o a dare consigli su dove andare durante tutto il corso del soggiorno! E' stata un'esperienza positiva,ci piacerebbe ritornare anche in più di 2 dato che gli appartamenti ospitano comodamente anche 4/5 persone!

Siamo stati 7 giorni in questa bellissima struttura ubicata in un sito degno di ogni attenzione dal punto di vista paesaggistico. Prima cala idonea alla balneazione a 500 metri e inoltre tutte le spiagge più belle della Costa degli Dei raggiungibili in pochi minuti: mare, cielo e costa straordinari. Servizio di ottima qualità, da parte dei responsabili (persone disponibilissime), unità alloggiative che offrono privacy e riservatezza ad ogni utente. Complimenti per la professionalità agli organizzatori del servizio.

Vacanza di Relax in famiglia..........

È stata una vacanza davvero piacevole, siamo una coppia giovane con due bambini, abbiamo soggiornato a Ricadi per circa 15 GG........l'appartamento è molto essenziale, ma confortevole e comodo. È circondato da un bellissimo uliveto, molto fresco e vicino alla baia di Santa Maria. Si raggiunge facilmente Tropea, e le spiagge più belle della zona. È stata una bella vacanza, i proprietari sono stati sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo rilassati e consiglia mo vivamente
