I loved the staff, location, room. Did not like the hidden fees. Could not recommend this hotel because management is awful. When I asked for an explanation of certain fees he sent the front desk lady with a message which was, “no explanation, that’s it, sorry”. The fact that the manager could come face his customers to explain certain fees is unprofessional and pathetic. Based on that I cannot recomend this to family or friends as I don’t want them to have to pay unexpected fees without reason or explanation
