Modern apartment on the second floor, in the Center of RincĂłn de la Victoria. Just 20 minutes from Malaga.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour ! La rĂ©sidence est calme, l appartement est parfaitement equipĂ© et avec beaucoup de goĂ»t ! La clim est un vrai plus!! Seul bĂ©mol pour nous la terrasse un peu petite. Le propriĂ©taire Claudio est vraiment gĂ©nial, il est Ă  l Ă©coute de chaque demande et disponible quelque soit l heure. Il mĂȘme fait installĂ© un store sur la terrasse pendant notre sĂ©jour suite Ă  une remarque que nous lui avions faite ! Chapeau !!! Ne avons eu besoi de Safran et oui, Claudio Ă©tait lĂ  ! Vraiment un grand merci car nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour ! Claudio ne change rien tu es une merveilleuse personne !!! Un abrazo de Paris Marie-Claire

Superbes vacances

Appartement propre et lumineux

Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© cet appartement trĂšs propre et situĂ© Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied de la plage, rĂ©putĂ©e pour ĂȘtre une des plus belles de la rĂ©gion (son trottoir Ă©tant un endroit trĂšs agrĂ©able pour la course Ă  pied). L'accueil trĂšs chaleureux de Patricia a beaucoup contribuĂ© Ă  rendre notre sĂ©jour encore plus agrĂ©able. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© prendre l'apĂ©ro sur la terrasse ainsi que de profiter de la piscine. Il est aisĂ© de rayonner Ă  partir de cette localisation pour se rendre Ă  Malaga (20 min), Nerja, Mijas ou Frigiliana. Plusieurs commerces tels que Ă©piceries, pharmacies et restos sont situĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© et facilement accessibles Ă  pied. Seul petit bĂ©mol : la salle de bain de la chambre des maĂźtres ne sentait pas trĂšs bon, mais la propriĂ©taire nous a indiquĂ© qu'il s'agissait d'une situation ponctuelle. En rĂ©sumĂ©, voici un appartement que mon conjoint et le couple qui Ă©tait avec nous, recommandons chaudement.

Lovely RincĂłn visit

Great apartment with well equipped kitchen, nice balcony and pool. Host supplied extra pool towels and mats for beach. Enjoyed walking to the beach, local caves, local restaurants recommended by hosts - amazing seafood- and nice to not hear one English voice!

Fabelhaft

Sehr schöne gerĂ€umige Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern, drei Schlafzimmer, gemĂŒtlichem Balkon, sehr gut eingerichteter KĂŒche und großem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Ein großer Fernseher mit zahlreichen, auch auslĂ€ndischen, TV-Programmen, Netflix-Zugang usw. Ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und ist dank Fahrstuhl und eigener Parkgelegenheit im Erdgeschoss sehr barrierarm. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in maximal 10 min. zu erreichen. Und der Ort, RincĂłn de la Victoria, hat einen wirklich schönen langen und zum Baden gut geeigneten Stand. Die Gastgeber, Patricia und Claudio, haben uns sehr herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt und waren sehr unkompliziert. Wir durften sogar am Abreise-Tag (unser Flug ab Malaga ging erst am frĂŒhen Abend) lĂ€nger als bis 11:00 Uhr bleiben, da die Wohnung danach noch nicht belegt war. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Great location, wonderful host

Traveled as a family of 5. The apartment was exactly as listed on the website. Excellent facilities in the apartment and a great large swimming pool which was never busy and the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Bit of a hill to the apartment but nothing to dramatic and is great for burning off the excess calories after eating at the number of great restaurants located on the sea front a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Claudio was very knowledgeable and easily contactable if needed. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Rincon.

Enjoyed using Ricon.... as a base. Easy bus ride into Malaga, and access to the motorway to get into the mountain areas. The apartment is well kept and clean. In may the balcony gets the sun in the morning. The pool area is small, but there is room to sit. The pool is very clean and big enough for the kids to play. Easy access to supermarkets, and Ricon....has many restaurants which are not fancy but the food is good. Ricon feels more of a town where people live rather than a holiday resort.

🙂Excellent apartment. Claudio and his daughter were very helpful and responded rapidly. 🙁The swimming pool was closed but we were not told in advance. Claudio tried to get it opened but no success. Hopefully this is a temporary problem. The neighbourhood is not great but just a short walk to the sea. Turn right when you reach the sea for more pleasant walks.

Tolle Wohnung, prima Lage

Die Wohnung von Claudio und Patricia ist hervorragend ausgestattet. HĂ€tten wir etwas gebraucht dann wĂ€re sicherlich schnellstens dafĂŒr gesorgt worden. War aber schon alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Apartment war sauber und fĂŒr einen Urlaub perfekt. Zum Strand waren es nur wenige Gehminuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls um die Ecke. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter.

Boligen havde alt hvad der skulle bruges, dog virkede tv'et ikke, eller det gjorde det men kun med spanske kanaler, jeg kunne godt have tĂŠnk mig at der var rengĂžring inkluderet ugentligt, og at der var en dyne tilstede, det blev rimeligt koldt sidst i okt. Og start nov.

Wunderschönes Appartement, sehr angenehmer Badeort mit toller Promenade

Wir (2 Erw. + 2 Jugendliche) haben unsere 10 Tage in Rincon sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die kurze Entfernung zum Strand und Supermarkt wie angegeben und die gute Busverbimdumg nach Malaga hat es uns ermöglicht mal auf den Mietwagen im Urlaub zu verzichten und es war ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem im Gegenteil. Rincon ist herrlich fĂŒr kĂŒrzere und lĂ€ngere Bummel dank der bildschönen Promenade und ĂŒberhaupt nicht ĂŒberlaufen an Pfingsten. Claudio und Patricia sind sehr hilfsbereit und bieten auch Transfer zum Flughafen. Wenn ĂŒberhaupt etwas das perfekte UrlaubsglĂŒck zu trĂŒben vermochte, dann etwas mit dem man im SĂŒden Europas einfach rechnen muss: Hunde die auch gerne mal ausdauernd in der Nachbarschaft bellen und gelegentliche KochgerĂŒche der Nachbarn auf dem schönen Balkon. Absolutely perfect

This spotlessly clean, first floor apt (with lift) just a short walk from Rincon sea front was just perfect for our party of 2 couples. Lovely dining area, well equipped kitchen (including purified water on tap which meant we didn’t have to carry heavy water bottles up the hill from the supermarket and also reduced our plastic useage!!) The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were lovely. Claudio and his daughter met us and were available via phone or email at all times ( only once for us re the TV ). It was a bit cold when we stayed in Rincon so we didn’t use the pool but we did sit by it and it was secluded and private. Rincon itself is a lovely unspoilt part of the area, lots of cafe bars and restaurants, fab tapas and barbecued fish. The walk along the front is a great morning constitutional and we also took local bus into Malaga and then to train to Benalmadena. Thanks Claudio for our stay in your lovely apartment .

Perfect for family holiday

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren van mooi appartement

Mooi en goed onderhouden appartement op loopafstand van het strand/supermarkt. De ligweide bij het zwembad is aan kleine kant. Claudio en Patricia zijn zeer behulpzaam. Voldoende winkels, tapasbars, bodega's en visrestaurants in de omgeving.

Just Perfect!

A perfect short break, wonderful owners who picked us up from the airport. The apartment , area & weather were all perfect & it was great to have the use of a pool. The break was my mothers 70th birthday surprise from her family & the owners had a wonderful chocolate birthday cake waiting for us, they are very kind people. This apartment is home from home and has everything you need. we would 100% stay again. PERFECT,PERFECT,PERFECT!!!.

ValoraciĂłn positiva.

Estancia en Semana Santa 2017, 4 noches con la familia. Todo muy bien. Las fotografĂ­as son igual que estĂĄ la vivienda. Claudio muy atento en todo. Tuvimos un problema con el calentador de agua caliente y en seguida lo resolviĂł. La ubicaciĂłn del apartamento es buena, aunque hay que subir una rampa con pendiente grande para llegar al apartamento, pero la playa y el paseo marĂ­timo con los restaurantes estĂĄ muy cerca, andando y las tiendas, bares y el supermercado tambiĂ©n. Recomiendo el Kiko. La parada de autobĂșs a MĂĄlaga esta a 5 minutos andando, justo al lado del ayuntamiento. Buenas camas y colchones. Limpieza. TelevisiĂłn grande y plana con fibra Ăłptica 300.Por poner una pega al alojamiento, un cambio de sartenes y algunos vasos mĂĄs le vendria bien. Todo lo demĂĄs de 10, todo funcionĂł perfectamente. A great apartment with exceptional landlords

Claudio and is wife were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and well located. The pool was a highlight. Restaurants don't open between 4-8pm in the summer which makes fining with a baby difficult but the cooking facilities were ample. Had a great stay!!

elegante appartamento vicino a Malaga

Homeaway non si smentisce. Un altro bell'appartamento in posizione strategica per una vacanza di mare e di cultura. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 10 al 17 di giugno di quest'annoe l'ospitalitĂ  Ăš stata magnifica con gradita sorpresa di birre fresche all'arrivo. L'appartamento Ăš situato in un condominio di sole 6 unitĂ  in zona tranquilla e molto silenzioso. E' disponibile una bella piscina condominiale ben tenuta e ottima per un rinfrescante bagno a fine giornata. La casa dispone di tutte le comoditĂ  ed Ăš ben arredata come si vede bene dalle foto che la pubblicizzano ed Ăš dotata di un wifi ultraveloce molto utile per organizzare le varie escursioni . I contatti con i proprietari sono sempre stati chiari e rapidi e improntati alla massima disponibilitĂ . Grazie ancora a Claudio e tanti saluti
