Private: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 105 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 01.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine.
