Da dimenticare

Appena arrivato mi è stato dato un appartamento a dir poco indecente, sporco, vecchio e privo pure di sedie dove potersi sedere per mangiare; mi sono subito recato in reception dove dopo ripetute lamentele mi è stato dato un altro appartamento, anch’esso sporco come si vede nella foto in allegato (nonostante per le pulizia ci sia da pagare per forza €69), ma un po’ più carino di quello precedente. Il residence in sè è bello, ma manca tutto il contorno... innanzitutto è lontano dal centro e dalle spiagge (c’è solo una piccola spiaggia lì vicino che alle 10 è già tutta occupata), il telefono non prende assolutamente niente e il Wi-Fi della struttura non funziona, il personale non è per niente professionale, la pulizia manca e pure i lettini della piscina sono tutti vecchi e rotti. Sconsigliatissimo, da non andarci!

Sympathique séjour dans une jolie région

Etablissement pas si mal et bon accueil du propriétaire parlant français, mais je pense que ce dernier devrait choisir entre l'appellation B&B et Hôtel. Avec autant d'appartements, une réception et le petit déjeuner en option, c'est pour moi un hôtel. En jouant sur les mots cela lui permet de facturer en plus le nettoyage, les draps et le petit déjeuner. Au final ce n'est plus si avantageux que ça. Sinon, bel établissement avec une belle piscine très agréable. Manque peut-être juste la climatisation dans les chambres. Le coin est par contre calme et superbe mais un peu retiré et dans un cul de sac. Ca va pour quelques jours mais pas pour une semaine à rayonner sur l'ile, sinon vous referez toujours les mêmes routes. Il n'y a d'ailleurs qu'un seul restaurant dans le hameau.

séjour au calme

A notre arrivée dans l'établissement, le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans le studio que nous avions réservé. Nous avons gentiment été reclassé dans un T1 propre et proche de la piscine. Nous avons regretté l'absence de clim. Il est à noter que les draps et le WI FI entraine un supplément. L'établissement est un peu isolé en hauteurs. Il est très calme, même en pleine période de vacances scolaires.

Appartamento comodo

Monolocale a pian terreno spazioso, cucina attrezzata con tutte le stoviglie...unica cosa che magari consiglierei è magari almeno 1a padella antiaderente. Per il resto ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Posizione tranquilla, caletta molto carina di ghiaia, piscina del complesso aperta fino alle 20. Per arrivare da Portoferraio consigliamo di non fare la strada andando per Bagnaia, è poco più veloce ma notevolmente più brutta, meglio seguire per Rio nell'Elba e poi per Nisportino.
