With three traditional Sardinian double bedrooms, a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and a garden with a dining area, mini-gym, outdoor shower, and barbecue, this residence offers a private and elegant retreat for families and groups of friends. Upon stepping inside, you will immediately be charmed by the refined and welcoming atmosphere, crafted by the meticulously arranged vintage Sardinian furniture.
The ground floor consists of a spacious air-conditioned living room and a well-equipped kitchen to cater to all your culinary needs, a double bedroom (with a fan), an additional dining area with an induction stove and a full bathroom. Continuing further, you'll access to the garden.
The garden features a dining area, mini-gym, two complimentary bicycles (for free), a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a basketball hoop.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with fans: one double and one twin (which can be converted into a double if required), along with another full bathroom.
