Super schöne Wohnung mit TG Parkplatz fürs Auto. Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig alles erreichbar und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Und nicht zuletzt ist Rosanna eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich sofort um alles kümmert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau. Sie ist vollkommen ausreichend funktional ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Altstadt von Riva ist in einer knappen 1/2 Stunde zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Krönung ist die Vermieterin. Sie spricht auch deutsch und hat sich vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr aufmerksam um uns gekümmert.

Italienisches Flair am Gardasee

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in Riva in einer sehr sehr schönen und modernen Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort. Rosanna hat uns als Gastgeberin der nett und liebevoll empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt und war jederzeit für uns da. Die Wohnung liegt günstig, ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg zum Seestrand, ca. 10 Minuten zu einem Einkaufszentrum und ca. 15 - 20 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt und können sie ohne Abstriche sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Absolut ruhige Lage unweit des Gardasees

Sehr schöne Wohnung, absolut barrierefrei. Großzügige TG bittet auch Platz für die Fahrräder. Zum Zentrum in angenehmer Nähe, nur ein kleiner Spaziergang. Einkaufszentrum zu Fuß in 5 Minuten (Blue Garden). Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch fließend, vielleicht auch noch mehr. Große Terrasse, im Winter war es uns für einen längeren Aufenthalt auf der Sitzgarnitur allerdings zu kalt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung

Angefangen von dem Garagenplatz in der Tiefgarage von der man mit dem Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung gelangt. Liegt diese komfortable Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend, von der man recht schnell zu Fuß zum See kommt. Man kann sich aber genauso gut auf der großen Terrasse ausruhen und das schöne Wetter genießen. Diese FeWo ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Top-Qualität in Riva-del-Garda

Das klimatisierete (!) Appartment mit riesigem Balkon bietet einen tollen Standort in Riva. Wenige Meter vom Strandtrubel liegt es ideal für Touren und Sport jeglicher Art. Tiefgarage und Keller bieten zudem Platz für umfangreiches Equipment. Rosanna ist eine überaus nette, hilfsbereite und jederzeit ansprechbare Gastgeberin - vielen, lieben Dank dafür! Kurzum, wir hatten fantastische Tage in Riva.
