Great location

Loved Riva del Garda. Apartment was in a good location close to a Co-op open 7 days and the lake with a nice walk into the centre. Staff good and nice to have a pool. Was expecting the apartment to be dated but was very tired with unusable dining chairs, luckily we could eat on the balcony all week. Kitchen could have been better equipped. For example it had no corkscrew or wine glasses. We were unlucky with our neighbours for first few days whose balcony was adjacent.

abgewohnte Wohnung

Vorfreude auf den geliebten Italien-Urlaub abrupt zu Ende... EingangstĂŒr ließ sich nur nach vielen Versuchen (sowohl von innen als auch außen) öffnen, da das Schloß hakte. Mobiliar in allen RĂ€umen sehr stark abgenutzt, bzw durch selbst gebaute SpanplattenschrĂ€nke ergĂ€nzt. Auch die KĂŒchenmöbel waren alt und ungepflegt. Die Dunstabzugshaube seit Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt - der Filter war dick mit Staubpartikeln gefĂŒllt. Der KĂŒhlschrank ohne Einrichtung und auch ohne Klappe fĂŒr das Gefrierfach wurde wohl als Ersatzteil in die KĂŒchenzeile gestellt. Ansonsten die KĂŒche minimalistisch ausgestattet. Im kleinen Bad gab es WC, Bidet, 1 Waschbecken und eine kleine Dusche, die man ungern benutzte, weil im unteren Bereich alle Ecken schwarz...Wasser lief sowohl im Duschbereich als auch im Waschbecken nur sehr, sehr langsam ab, dafĂŒr schoß das Wasser im WC beim SpĂŒlgang ĂŒber die Toilettenbrille. Haken fĂŒr HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr 4 Personen: Fehlanzeige. Betten waren nicht schlaffördernd (HĂ€ngematratzen). Im Kinderzimmer Spanplatten unter den Matratzen. Die Außenanlagen waren ganz in Ordnung - Pool groß und sauber. Einstiegsleitern zum Pool jedoch beide ungenĂŒgend befestigt und dadurch mehr als wackelig. ParkflĂ€chen ausreichend vorhanden.

Snelle incheck. Jammer dat ze na een lange reis niet een lekker koud wijntje hadden. Alleen bier! Appartement gedateerd. Afvoer douche werkte slecht. Super heet. Geen ventilator en ook niet beschikbaar. Weinig keukengerei. In de omgeving mooie wandelmogelijkheden. Fitnessapparaten zoals beschreven in omschrijving waren niet aanwezig. Grote plus: het zwembad.

Super gelegen und freundlich

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Kurzer Fußmarsch zum See. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft lĂ€sst beim Schallschutz zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. GesprĂ€che aus den Nachbarzimmern sind immer zu hören, genauso wie die ToilettenspĂŒlungen.

Positif : TrĂšs belle rĂ©sidence situĂ©e au calme . Piscine de 25 m., fauteuils et ombre en suffisance pour tous. Personnel de la rĂ©sidence super aimable et serviable. Appartement trĂšs chaud mais le personnel nous a fourni un ventilateur. NĂ©gatif : le volet de la porte donnant sur la terrasse ne descendait pas ( cassĂ©). Pas de lumiĂšre au salon d'oĂč impossibilitĂ© de lire le soir dans le canapĂ© trĂšs trĂšs peu de vaisselle : pas de bol Ă  cĂ©rĂ©ales, pas de grandes tasses Ă  thĂ©,2 verres Ă  vin pour 4. ..
