Great location and nicely renovated. Only issue was non-smoking hotel, but entire floor reeked of marijuana at night, with inconsiderate guests.

Hyatt East End didn't live up to their agreement with travelers booking from third party vendors. I paid extra for a room with a river view but received a view of the parking lots. When I spoke to management I was told there's nothing they could do and I should speak with travelocity. In the end they condescendingly refunded $50. The point was the room was a gift for a special birthday and it was ruined thanks to Hyatt. Would not condescend to stay here or any Hyatt ever again!

Very nice, pleasant experience

Very nice location with the water view in the back. Adequate gym. Room big and spacious. Coffee was very good as well. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming.
