It was a very nice stay, everyone was very nice helpful, and on their game. Definitely will be staying again. Great thanks to all. Keep up the great work. Love the location in regards to the hospital. Made our visit to a loved one extremely convenient. I can’t think of anything that needed improvement unless you let us stay free!! Hahaha. Great job !!!

Room 439. One of the beds had hair in it but we dealt with it. We rented a space to sleep 8 of us knowing the suite slept 10. The booking stated 3 Queen beds, and 2 pull out couches that were also Queens, but we only had 1 couch and a recliner. We had a gathering of 16 of us so seating was limited. The guy at the front desk graciously delivered 5 extra sitting chairs so that helped a lot. One of the living room outlets for the lamp didn’t work, so plug ins were scarce for us and our laptops and phones and such. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of pillows and bedding for the couch sleepers. Overall it was a great space, definitely loved the location, the staff was great, in the future I would simply seek a larger suite for our needs.

Everybody was polite. Morning breakfast was similar to other places I have stayed. In the afternoon they have light foods that were also complimentary. Hallways are tight coming off elevator.

I stayed here for 2+ months this past summer when my daughter had her heart transplant and they became like family to me and they helped me get through it. We were back this past week for my daughters check up and as usual everything and everyone was wonderful. The breakfast food was fresh and delicious. The staff is the best ever. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The entire place is homey and cozy. It is our home away from home. Thank you so much guys ♥️
