Property is old but very good taken care of. Very clean, all electrical connectors and bulbs functional, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Rochester.

The pictures online did not match the room. It's almost like they fixed up one room and took the pictures to represent all. The 3rd floor hallway reaked of musty cigarette smoke. The layout of the hotel is not convenient. One positive is being attached to famous daves and the discount.
