The shower door
I could not get the shower door to close. So water went to the floor. A safety hazard. I mopped up with towels.

Room Disaster
I was given a pet friendly room and I was not traveling with a pet. The pet hair was visible, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the shower did not look clean. The room looked like it had not been cleaned.

We were told we were on a non pet floor then ended up with a dog in the adjacent room that the owner left alone until 1 am barking the entire time . The front desk said they called the room and there was no answer So they couldn’t do anything

Not handicap accessible
Reserved the handicap accessible room with a roll in shower so that my might could get into the shower either her walker She cannot lift her leg high enough to get into a regular shower. I even called the front desk upon making the reservation and some to the lady to verify that this was a roll in shower with no lip. She said yes it is. Well the shower has a 6 inch step to get into the shower and my mom cannot get into the shower. I went down and verified that your was too be a roll in shower. The young girl started, "yes, the shower doors roll open, that's our roll in shower " I was speechless. She said that's all we have for the handicap accessible, roll in shower. Needless to say, my mom could not take a shower today. Never again.
