This home is centrally located in Rocky Top yet very privately located and very close to Windrock and Lake Norris.

Unload your gear and go ride Windrock, without ever having to put your rides back on a trailer.
Conveniently located in the heart of historic Rocky Top, but only a few minutes away from trailheads that lead right into Windrock or the ramp and parks of Lake Norris.


This house is flooded with light from early in the morning till nighttime.
Spectacular views from all windows of the house into this spectacular property!
Enjoy the birds and wildlife that you can watch from every room of the house.

Enter the house into a large, and comfortable living room that is equipped with a Roku TV, a sectional sofa and a futon that can be used as additional sleeping space.
It is open to the dining area with a big table set up that seats easily 8 people. It invites you to eat, hang out with your family and friends and make memories that you will never forget.
Next to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with glass cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and a large stainless steel fridge with bottom freezer.
This spacious, yet cozy house offers 2 bedrooms, each with Queen-size beds, and 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 XL-Twin beds.
The Full bathroom has a bathtub with sliding doors. The Half bath has a toilet and sink.
The 2 Queen bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house to give lots of privacy to everyone.
The house has been carefully renovated and beautifully decorated to make your stay truly enjoyable.

This unique place gives you access to Windrock Trails without ever having to trailer your off road vehicles. Simply ride up to Briceville or Beech Grove and hit the trails of Windrock!

Great spot!

We came for spring break to ride the trails in our SxS and were looking for a place that would meet our needs. This place was perfect! The house was very clean and had plenty of space for my husband and I, plus our 3 young kids. It was very close to the trails and the downtown area, but was tucked away from the busy road. The host was also great in responding quickly to any questions we had. We will be back!

Perfect Windrock Vacation Rental

This house was the perfect location for our Windrock trip. It’s was close to town, but still secluded enough for privacy and with sound. There was plenty of parking room for 3 full size trucks and trailers. The house is spacious and perfect for a medium sized group. Everything was clean and fully stocked up and ready to go for us. The house was well lit when we rolled in about 2 AM. We also enjoyed the keypad door lock. Nadja was amazing with communication and was so accommodating! We were able to add an extra night onto our stay after I had already booked without an issue. We also asked about a fire ring last minute and Nadja made it happen! We loved having our individual spaces in the house and plenty of seating for us all, including being able to sit together at the dinner table. We will definitely book a rental with Nadja again if possible!

Met our needs

This house was a bit hard to find, but once we were there, everything was easy to access and met our needs. The host was quick to respond to questions. It would be nice to have had a fan in the second bedroom. This house is not overly decorated and could use a few homey touches, but for what we needed, it was fine.

Hidden Gem

Excellent property! Hidden away with privacy, wooded surroundings & a rural feel in the middle of Rocky Top. We were pleasantly surprised. This was the perfect place to stay for our 1st SxS riding trip at Windrock. We definitely recommend this property to others & would certainly stay here again! Many thanks to Nadja & Benny!
