The location is in the great area where you feel safe. Easily walkable to all the main tourist spots. The bathroom was a little smelly but clean.

Good clean hotel in Prati with everything you need

Bed and best is a good basic, clean hotel in Prati with everything you need. Fabio was helpful and provided some local recommendations, the room was clean and had a kettle, coffee machine, wardrobe and mini fridge. The bathroom was fine but could have been a little cleaner and the hot water was very temperamental! Overall a good hotel at a good price.

Bed & Best was great location, quiet in the apartment lots lovely shops. Fabio who greeter was very helpful nothing was s problem always contact me straight away if I had any queries. I would definitely recommended this apartment.

I had a terrific time during my stay at Bed and Best. Fabio is very friendly, informative and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice neighborhood with many great little gems of restaurants, bars and stores and within walking distance from many attractions in Rome and the Vatican. Definitely going to stay here again whenever I am in Rome.

Bed and Best hotel it exactly that!

We had a great stay at the bed and best hotel. Fabio the owner was so helpful and friendly to us before our trip and during. Fabio and his staff were very accommodating helping us with booking the shuttle prior to our trip and having a late check in. Any time we needed anything he was contactable. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It was right next to all the amenities and only 5min walk to the Vatican. One of the best B&B hotels I’ve stayed in. Can’t wait to come back. Would highly recommend staying in the bed and best hotel.

What a gem!

One of the nicest places we have stayed. About 10k outside of Peschici on the beautiful Puglian coast, it is so quiet and pretty! The owner makes you feel extremely welcome and nothing is too much to ask for. The inside is of a very high standard- you could just stay and do nothing. Free parking right outside.

Great room, great host, great location

The best in down town

It was amazing. Donatella is one of the best host that I have known. Everythink was clean and very confortable. The place is in a strategic position. Very recomendable!
