Excellent Apartment!!

We will return to stay here. Beautiful & quiet neighborhood. We were allowed early check in which we appreciated tremendously! Clean. Spacious. Walking distance to piazza square and groceries. Thank you! (Ps. Dubbini restaurant/cafe is within walking distance. The lady who owns the place always wears a smile and made us feel so special).

Problems with air conditioning and hot water

Reported problems with water. Sometimes hot sometimes not. 2 people in our group were able to get 2 hot showers total in 4 days. Never resolved that issue. At check in we were told they thought sometime might be "messing with" the power and were shown where to go in the basement to reset breakers. The breakers kept blowing when we ran air conditioners even though we only ran 3 out of 5 room air conditioners at a time. For first 2 days we had to go to a basement in the apartment building and rest the breakers MANY times. At first we were told it was due to the war in Ukraine? We were told not to run all the room air conditioners at once which we were already not doing. Then we were told we must have something plugged in like a cell phone charger? Then we were told the owner was trying to get the wattage increased? The last 2 days we had NO air conditioning as the breakers in the apartment were unable to be reset . It was extremely hot and when i contacted management i was told there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could at least get us some fans and they said that was not possible. The last 2 nights were very uncomfortably hot and was impossible to sleep. There were no screens on the windows or patio so we couldn't even open them. They only gave me a €150 credit after I complained.

Nice apartment in good location

My wife and I along with our 4 adult children really bonded here. The apartment was very clean and was gated in a nice complex. Lots of things to do nearby including most of the tourist attractions. The bus stop is right around the corner but we mostly walked everywhere. Rome is a beautiful city!

Central location

Spacious Apartment

Balcony overlooked a beautiful green space. Plenty of space for our family of five, including our three grown sons. Having two full bathrooms was so convenient. Getting in and out of central Rome was easy with the train only an 8 minute walk away. The train into the city was covered by the same pass that gives you the metro and buses so very handy. The tv was a smart tv so easy to log into Netflix or YouTube in your home language as you wind down for the evening. The large double beds in the two larger bedrooms were super comfortable. We all liked this place and would recommend it for families.
