Very well located near the Roma Termini Train station. Great staff. However, the location is very noisy and the property windows are very old and lack proper noise isolation. Not recommended if you need a quiet place to sleep after an active day in Rome.

Rooms were clean. They cleaned and changed linens a couple times in 4 days. No problem there. Beds were not comfortable. Internet was terrible. Our cellphones didn’t have good reception so had trouble using hotspot. Hallway and stairs are in bad need of painting. We got free croissant, coffee and juice each morning except Sunday when restaurant is closed. That was nice to save on breakfast. So I rate it as just okay.

Extremely noisy, not very comfortable, you have to "check in" at a cafe a block away, the waitress tske picture of your passeport. No way to talk to someone, especially not on Sunday when the cafe is closed.

No me gustó que tienes que hacer check in a media cuadra del edificio, y no lo dise en la reserva hasta que estás ahí, es un restaurante así que si llegas darán prioridad a los clientes a pagar su consumo, te dejarán hasta que tengan tiempo para ti, además me sentí que jusga tu apariencia, antes de hacer check in en mala gana. Soy muy amable pero no n cuanto vi su actitud me puso de malas, y él lo noto así que cambio de trato, pero igual no me gustó. No hay papel higiénico, es la primera vez que me toca ver que no tengan la opción por si acaso, lo pusieron hasta el 3er día.
