Janiculum, one of the seven hills of Rome: It tells the story of ancient Rome.
to see the historic center of Rome? Then walk a hundred yards and I am already immersed in the great history of Rome with all the beauty and comfort offered by this city!Rome was built by Romulus and Remus.
Rome is located on seven hills: the Janiculum is one of the seven hills. The bottom of the hill Janiculum is built and you can choose one of these beautiful apartments.
In the morning when you wake up you decide: I'm going
Or I go to visit the park of the Janiculum and the great Street Lungara Botanical Garden!
You'll discover so many things to see that you will want to return to Rome.

The nicest review I've had: Many of my guests (no customers) have told: 'me, I felt at home away from home!'
For this review, I was moved: my guests have all become friends!

Assistance even after check-in!: Have you ever needed help from home? We hope you never have need of nothing.
But if it happens? I have always intervened personally or with my other colleagues.
To my knowledge, other Holiday not behave properly like me!
Think about this possibility! And as a result you decide!

Enjoyable apartment in a great location
As two couples traveling to Rome, we could not have been happier with our accommodation. Rodolfo’s home was immaculately clean and quite spacious. The location was perfect; near to many attractions, but situated on a quiet street. This home is fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, a full-size refrigerator and a large gas cooktop; if you’re inclined to try your hand at Italian cooking. The large clothes washer and dryer allowed us to pack lightly and wash clothes as needed. The check-in process was friendly and thorough. Rodolfo responded promptly to all our inquiries and requests. Walking to the Vatican or Piazza Navona was very do-able. But we also made use of the bus system which was easy to use with three convenient bus stops nearby; Pza. Di S. Onofrio, Piazza della Rovera and LGA Sassia. On day two, we discovered we could take the 115 or 870 bus to Pza Di S. Onofrio (Bambino Gesu) and walk down the hill to the apartment! Don’t miss walking up the hill to Bar Tasso for great coffee and pastries and see the stunning hilltop view overlooking the city of Rome! We would definitely recommend Rodolfo’s home to family or friends.

Great stay in Rome
Lovely apartment in a great location. We could walk just about anywhere. There are restaurants/café/small markets all very close to the apartment and within a 30 minute walk we could get to Great Shopping, Vatican, The, Colosseum, and more. The apartment was very comfortable and had all we needed.

Great home base to explore Rome.
I will start by saying how grateful we were when our train was delayed 6 hours! Rodolfo worked with us to make sure we got settled despite our late arrival. The apartment was cute and cozy. Not really a living room, but comfortable places to sit and read. We walked everywhere, taking advantage of walks along the Tiber. There is a bit of uphill walking (100m) to get home, but very manageable. It was a great stay.

Stay in Rome
The apartment is very well located, very near the historic district. Close to the San Angelo Castle and the StPeter basilic. Walking easy and near (25 minutes) to go to the Coliseum, Forum and Palatin. We always walked during our stay to visit historic sites, the district , Trevi fountain etc.. Safe place to stay which is important!

It's i nice property, but impossible owner
The owner is extremely difficult, there are endless rules, and at least 30 signs with rules for every thing, on the shower doors, windows, cabinets, etc. arrival is difficult only an hour and half window which is very difficult if you fly and the plane is late or drive like me, you can't plan for traffic etc. The door entry and exit is impossible, if you leave you have to turn off all power , A/C and wifi, i was locked out for 2 hours, because the greeter told me i could use a different key to get in and leave the power on. but it didn't. This place and owner is so ridiculously, stressful. I have stayed in hundreds of properties over many years and never have i had to deal with difficulties like this.

Better than a hostel
The neighborhood was great and the property was wonderful. We did receive detailed instructions on how to leave and return to the property each time. If you stay during the summer, know that there is only one set of keys that also turns on the AC and electricity as well as opens the door, so there is a delay in returning to the apartment before the air gets cool again. Checking out was a bit stressful as we had to deal with chores regarding the electricity panels as 4 young women. The apartment also has several passive aggressive signs regarding other costumers. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Beautiful Apartment! Close to Vatican.
This beautiful apartment was very enjoyable. It was perfect for 4 people. Included a full size refrigerator, stove microwave, washer and dryer. We appreciated having hair dryers in each bathroom. Shirley and Iryna were great giving us directions for the use of the apartment. They also gave us information on using the buses and subway. Even ordered taxis. They were very helpful!

Good location, views & free WiFi
Our family of four adults stayed at the condo for three nights in early June 2018. Arrival from the Fiumicino Airport was about 45 minutes and check-in/instructions with Irina was easy. The photos are misleading, the condo is small with no living room and if you use the kitchen table it blocks the stairs, but we were in Rome for the sights, not sitting inside so it was fine. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, just keep bottles of water, but the fridge didn't get very cold and the drawers had orange stains (yuck). Beds were comfortable; the 2nd floor twin beds are thin and very close together. Bathrooms have typical small European box showers but with good water pressure & hot water. There weren't enough towels for 4 people, especially after sweating all day and needing another shower in the afternoon (I didn't want to do laundry on my vacation!), but we didn't want to be a bother and request additional towels so that's on us. The condo had air conditioning but the rental instructions had us shut off the power when we left each day so after a day in the heat it was inconvenient to wait for the unit to cool off. The rooms were "cool" but the 2nd floor was warmer, fans helped. When the windows are closed it's quiet but there is constant horn honking and ambulances day and night (city sounds), but if you open the windows you'll be rewarded with the smell of Jasmine from the neighbors. The condo is in close proximity to Castel Sant'Angelo, The Vatican and Janiculum for panoramic views. It's quite a walk to all the sites in Central Rome and the Colosseum. Be aware, the condo is on a hill and you will be walking up stairs and uphill on cobblestone streets; after long days of walking around Rome this gets tedious and kept us from doing some things we would have liked due to sore legs...even if you are in good physical shape. FYI, Homeaway only allows "I loved it" or "not really" as a choice to leave a review; while we didn't "love it" , we didn't hate it either. Overall the condo was fine, but next time I would stay in central Rome and only walk the Trestevere hill when and if I wanted to, not because I had to.
