Located on the fourth floor of a residential building, with elevator, the apartment consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms: one double, one with 2 single beds and one with a single bed, two large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, three balconies and an amazing terrace with a view of the city of Rome. Great view, nice vintage property with easy access to Metro

We had a great time in Rome. This property, its size and view was perfect for us. It was not in the main touristic area of Rome, buy with a 5-minute walk to the metro it was perfect for us, and the price was much lower than we would have paid in the core of Rome. Great value, lots of vintage trinkets in the house to discover, terrace was fantastic and AC was very appreciated during those very hot days!

The apartment was stunning, and easily accessible. The host was wonderful and accommodating. A short walk from the subway station and close to a lot of restaurants and markets. Would totally stay here again. The kids loved it too!

Great location for a long stay

We stayed in the apartment for over 3 weeks & the location was perfect given the metro, busses, trains close by. Grocery stores, markets, coffee shops & restaurants are right next to the apartment. We did go almost a week without hot water due to a boiler issue but luckily it was so hot we didn’t mind cold showers after being in the sun all day. The terrace is huge & apartment beautifully decorated. I would suggest updating the verbiage in your advertising as one part claims to twin beds in two rooms but the finer print says only one bed in one of the rooms which was a disappointment for our group as one person had to sleep in the couch the entire stay. Overall great place, responsive management & good price for the location & size!

Perfect for the family

We enjoyed the apartment and it was perfect for our family of five. The metro station is a short walk with easy access to sites in Rome. Local restaurants are nearby for dinner and a cafe was just across the street for a small breakfast and a good cappuccino. There is a small grocer across the street as well in case you need to get a few things like water or snacks. Air conditioning was nice to have after a long day walking in the hot Roman summer. Check in was easy and the place was exactly as promised.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient

This property was spacious, comfortable and convenient. The location was very good – – just a five minute walk to the metro, and with shops, bars, and restaurants very close by. We were comfortable in the apartment it afforded much space. With just a bit more TLC, the place could be magnificent. For example, there were no cushions on the chairs on the patio and the plants in the planters were dead or dying. The draw down shutters in one of the rooms did not work— all small things, easily fixable. Overall, we found it to be wonderfully located, well appointed, pleasant and enjoyable.

Nice location, pleasant apartment

Very clean place with a fun, 2 person elevator, nice decor ( best couch and A/C we came across in Italy). Nicely stocked kitchen although we didn’t use. Street parking available within a 5 minute walk with some effort. Beds are hard - just like the rest of Italy. The jetted tub not useable as there was no tub plug and the water pressure is low. Lots of nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk. If you need a taxi use Uber instead as the nearest taxi stand is a good walk and unreliable.

Nice but different

The person who checked her thing was very nice close to the train station but a little far away from everything. It’s some pretty good restaurants nearby just needed more towels and sheets would be nice. Said we have to contact them to get this which makes no sense but OK. A lot aunts on the Terrace everything in the apartment is pretty old and the beds are not comfortable and the check-in process having to go through a different company. It was really confusing and upsetting. They just kept telling me to go to the same link they had sent me even though I told them the same link is not sending me somewhere to pay finally they just sent it to my WhatsApp and it worked overall good place. I may stay there again possibly if I couldn’t find anything cheaper, I think hotels are better.

Beautiful home but not for me

The apartment was beautiful however it was not kid friendly. There were a lot of breakable items that made me nervouseverytime the kids walked through the house. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Not many restaurants nearby, we could only find one so I recommend eating dinner before you come in for the night. There is a train station about a 5 minute walk which was very convenient to get around. Lastly, the apartment has cameras (that are visible in the main area) which made me uncomfortable, I wasn't aware of this prior to booking. All and all the apartment is nice, the staff were great, but it was not for me.

The apartment was beatiful

Some very small issues arose. Internet was down for 1 night but was resolved the next day and worked very well Stove had to be lite manually. Fridge was cool not cold enough for some items to be keep fresh for more than 1 day. Freezer was great. Owner I’m sure will get a new fridge. Outside of the building was a little unkept. Could use a little makeover but don’t let first impressions fool you. The apartment was great. Good. Metro 3 blocks away. Supermarket as well. A few things to consider…

The apartment was large, had a great outdoor space, functional ACs, lots of character and was close to the metro and some good restaurants, fast Wi-fi, etc. On the other side was the lack of outdoor cushions within couch/chair area (were either being cleaned or replaced the week we were there), the outdated wiring (power went off if you wanted to use lights, TV and AC at same time) and lack of accurate communication (we paid an additional 30 euros to have host ship daughters eye glasses weeks ago - many emails and weeks later, we are still awaiting tracking info - very disappointing). Wouldn’t recommend unit for young children as there are also many breakables.

When I travel, I usually choose an apartment because I like to feel at home while I’m away. This apartment was fine overall, but it felt more like a museum, filled with ornate vintage furniture and numerous signs listing house rules. I felt a bit uncomfortable, especially after being asked to pay a damage deposit without being shown an inventory list. It gave the impression that guests shouldn’t touch anything. If the property contains so many delicate, old items, it might not be ideal as a holiday rental. The kitchen oven wasn’t working, and I was advised to use the microwave with a grill instead. However, that’s not very practical, as it’s difficult to cook larger meals or a pizza that way. The apartment isn’t in central Rome, but the metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, which is convenient. It has three bedrooms , only the single room had a wardrobe, while the other two had chests of drawers, most of which were locked, so we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases. In the main bathroom, the door key was missing, and there was low water pressure in the second shower. The terrace was pleasant but could use some maintenance, ithere were ants nesting in one of the pots. The property is also located right next to a train track, so it can be quite noisy at night. The apartment felt a bit dusty, probably due to the many rugs and wooden floors. Overall, it’s not a place that would suit everyone, but we still enjoyed our two-night stay.

Logement élégant et agréable

Nous avons passé trois nuits avec trois de nos petits enfants dans cet appartement très joliment meublé, doté d'une très grande terrasse et commodément situé, à proximité du métro et de lignes de bus. La ligne de train, que surplombe l'immeuble, ne s'est pas révélée trop gênante. Ainsi, nous avons ainsi pu faire découvrir dans les meilleures conditions la"Ville Eternelle" à des enfants de 8 à 12 ans qui ont vraiment apprécié d'être aussi bien installés. Une mention particulière pour la qualité de l'accueil et de l'accompagnement : Tous les interlocuteurs sont prévenants et réactifs, tant pour la préparation du séjour que pour l'accueil ou les petites questions pendant le séjour.
