Dear Francisco We thank you for giving us chosen , and we are sorry for your note to check it out , and for the lift. Despite the check- out time is 11:00 , we allow to leave to every customer , if you like, your bags with us , in order to return at a later time . The room cleaning is key for us , our guest should feel at home , and that's why we prefer that the guest on arrival already has everything ready . The hotel is located on the 4th floor of a historic building , at check -in we wait for our customers on the ground floor to accompany them to our facility , and modern lift , has been adapted for this very reason . For air conditioning maintenance has been made in these days , so any problem you're experiencing is resolved, please Let us know the next time , hoping that there will be an opportunity to see you again as a guest , any problem in order to fix it in an immediate time .
