Property is perfectly located just a few walkable minutes to the Colosseum, restaurants, and bars. The lady preparing our room was incredibly sweet and helpful. Beautifully decorated room within a building that had a historic and homely feel to it. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is based is the lively area of Trastevere, which has great cafe’s and restaurants all around and walkable to everything. The property is very modern and clean and staff are welcoming and helpful. The roof top bar is a lovely addition and service was very good. We booked 2 rooms as travelled with Parents. Our parents rooms was nicer and had a bath. Our room was nice but the shower was very small and not powerful and flooded our bathroom everyday which was very annoying and it seemed a lot smaller than our parents. I would stay again but would request a room with a bath as the shower was not good enough. Other than that the our rooms overlooked a lovely courtyard and were very comfortable.

When I checked in, I asked if the front desk could arrange for a transfer to the airport for an early morning flight the next day. They said yes and asked if €65 was acceptable, which I assumed was the total cost to take me to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, the driver insisted that I pay him. I tried to explain to him that I’d already paid the €65 to the hotel when I checked in. He disagreed so I called the hotel. The front desk informed me that the initial €65 that I paid to the hotel was the one way fair to have the driver done to the hotel and that to owed an additional €65 to the driver. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. I could have booked an Uber for €58. If they had told me this, I would absolutely not have had the hotel book a ride for me. I am very disappointed.

Great location, beautiful hotel

Very good location in Trastevere, which quite busy area of Rome, but hotel is located a bit further from all noisy restaurant district. Walkable distance to all attractions. We also loved to dine in restaurants nearby just around the corner

The hotel was clean and in good condition, in a fabulous location in Trastavere. As a new hotel, it didn’t have the charm or friendly service of our stays in Monti and Florence, and cost considerably more. For a short stay, the location made up for it.
