Clean room. Helpful staff! They can get you a taxi called in so you don’t have to worry on finding one. They speak Italian, English, and some Spanish depends on the day. I would definitely stay there again. One thing to note assuming all hotels are the same out there in Italy that they have a resort fee or some sort of tax like a tourism fee. Depends on the amount based on the amount of days you stay I believe mine was $75 for five days.

It was an overall 5 star experience. Staff is great, rooms are comfortable, breakfast buffet is delicious, upstairs restaurant is amazing and the location is perfect. Close to everything but yet distant enough from the noise. Fully recommend and I will be staying here again on my next visit.
