Double check the map and your booking on arrival
While the staff were mostly helpful and friendly we had an issue trying to check out. We booked and paid through hotels.com and they tried to charge us twice saying we hadn't paid. There was also confusion on the location of the hotel. The map listed on hotels.com is wrong which caused issues with our plans for the weekend. The hotel is up the mountain in Velletri and we had to take more taxis than anticipated, which are few and far between in Velletri.
