Brand new building in green building, exposed wood, in an oasis of peace 5 minutes from Rome Fiumicino Airport, 20 minutes from Rome center but at the same time at the sea, on the beach, with the sound of the waves to keep you company. Comfortable ground floor apartment with garden, large furnished patio, sun loungers, external hot shower and laundry. private parking, independent entrance, naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, large living room with kitchen complete with dishwasher, double sofa bed, double bedroom (+1 or 2 child beds to be added), bedroom for 1 or 2 people and bathroom . Amazing stay!
What a lovely place to be! Aquilina, you where so wonderful and nice, we are certainly coming back! We went for a mixed work and private stay. Close to the center (a car is helpfull), right at the beach and a lovely store nearby, where we could get the best ingredients for our food. Thank you so much, i wouldn't change a thing in the appartment!

La propiedad es hermosa, fresca, tranquila y muy bien localizada. El sitio es hermoso y las playas quedan muy cerca. Aquilina fue muy amable y estaba siempre disponible. Pasamos una semana hermosa y tranquila. Cerca quedan panaderías, colmados y restaurantes. Recomiendo esta propiedad 100%.

Luxe voorjaar- en strandvakantie in Focene. 3 maanden verbleven in dit vakantieappartement.
Goed vakantie adres, vooral door de betrokkenheid van de eigenaresse. Uitstekende serviceverlening door haar. Genoten van de rust op de stranden en Rome en grote winkelcentra in de directe omgeving. Veel dank voor de uitstekende zorgen, raadgevingen en tips van de eigenaresse.! Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig denkt te hebben. Prima!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento della sig.ra Lillina per due settimane. Casa vicinissima al mare, e a svariati servizi essenziali. Giardino molto carino per trascorrere i pasti o le ore serali al fresco. Consigliatissimo ;)
