Beds are comfy, a/c and heat works perfectly. They provide complimentary parking and breakfast. They provide water and unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. "

Enough that I had trouble keeping all the information I was given straight and where I had received the information.I would suggest one form of communication and clearly laying out the rules and expectations for the property in the listing so they can be reviewed before booking.
