Bel appartement remarquablement situé

L'appartement est une excellente opportunité : sa situation ne peut être meilleure car en plus de la vue sur mer, on se trouve à 2 mn de la plage et 10-15mn de marche pour aller au délicieux marché couvert ou en ville. Il est très bien aménagé, avec un bon équipement de cuisine et une très bonne literie. Dommage que les draps Interhome, comme à Moraira ou Calpe , soient aussi courts . L'accueil à l'agence est très cordial.

Super Lage tolle Aussicht. Wohnung ist so wie auf den Fotos und gross genug für 4 Erwachsene. Leider waren wir nicht so zufrieden mit dem Kundendienst am Tel. in Spanien. Wir haben angerufen weil die Klimaanlage im oberen Zimmer tropfte. Zur Antwort bekamen wir dass es ja nicht mehr so heiss wäre. Ich finde ob jemand heiss hat oder nicht tut nichts zur Sache. Die Klimaanlage sollte funktionieren denn man zahlt ja dafür. Die Dame vor Ort im Büro von Roses war hingegen supernett

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Haus, hochwertige Geräte und Möbel, im Vergleich mit spanischem Standard. Küche enthielt viel Zubehör, viele Schränke in allen Räumen um eigene Sachen zu verstauen, toller Balkon und Terrasse mit genug Möbeln, Beistellmöbel in den Schlafzimmern und auch unser Bulli passte in die Tiefgarage, die mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen war, was den Transport des Gepäcks super leicht machte. Dafür war der Preis war absolut angemessen.

Super appartement à la vue magnifique

Très bel appartement bien équipé. Vue super sur la mer. A 60 mètres de la plage et des restaurants. Résidence calme ,piscine agréable. Le parking est top . Toutefois si vous voyagez avec un petit chien ou très jeune enfant attention au balcon la rambarde est large ,ça mériterai une protection supplémentaire comme ont certains balcons de la résidence.

Bel appartement mais des points à revoir pour le p

Accueil réactif de l'équipe interhome de Roses, à l'arrivée appartement conforme aux photos et descriptif, cependant nous nous attendions vu le prix pour 15 jours de quasi 4000 euros à mieux, le lit 1 personne dans la 2eme chambre se trouvait dans un placard, literie chambre du haut raide et vielle cliatisation a l'étage ne fonctionnait pas un technicien à dû intervenir 2 fois pour régler le problème. Les 2 salles de bain sont propres mais très anciennes avec baignoires. Pas de grands couteaux.
