Goede bedden en tuinmeubels. Inrichting badkamer en toilet fantastisch. Huiskamer sober maar voldoende. Keuken ook sober maar voldoende. Bijhouden onderhoud dient een aandachtspuntje te zijn. De ligging tegenover het hotel schijnt voor anderen vanwege geluid een probleem te zijn. Wij ervaren dit, al vier jaar, niet als zodanig. Parkeren blijft een hot item. Eenmaal een plek bemachtigd op de eigen plekken, dan auto laten staan.

Du bon et du moins bon...en définitive non!

Pour le positif, situation idéale entre le centre de Roses et Santa Margarita. Situé à 50m de la plage et 100m du premier restaurant de plage. Assez spacieux et literie récente. Pour le négatif, grosses nuisances provenant de l'hôtel situé juste en face et du vis à vis avec une quarantaine de balcons de chambres d'hôtel donnant sur la terrasse de l'appartement. Bruits incessant de vaisselle et nuisance des livraisons. Vue directe sur les poubelles.....

L'appartamento non rispecchia le foto sul sito, inoltre cosa più importante la pulizia dell'appartamento pessima (gli armadi inutilizzabili a causa dell'odore che emanavano e della pessima pulizia al loro interno- stessa cosa dicasi del frigo e dei mobili della cucina che ogni qualvolta si aprivano rimanevano le mani incollate, le piastrelle presumo non sia state pulite da mesi - la doccia era ricoperta da strati di polvere e presentava muffa nei contorni....)

Sehr gute haus gute Räume mit Küche Tölle Badezimmer. Toller Service Einfach das Beste für eine Familie. Wier waren sehr zufrieden. Very good house good rooms with kitchen tölle bathroom. Great service Simply the best for a family. We were very satisfied.

Tranquilo, fresco y a pie de playa

Apartamento amplio, en buen estado. Estábamos en la planta baja y se estaba muy fresquito. Delante de la playa y del paseo de Roses. A mejorar la ducha (no colaba el agua), algún mantel de mesa ( no había), estantes en los armarios y las sillas de la terraza limpias. Las ventanas cerraban muy bien.

bien que très bien situé et fonctionnel, l'état de propreté et surtout celui de la cuisine laissait à désirer, exemple le plus interpelant, le seau de nettoyage, vidé mais non rincé et odeur du balai à franges plus que désagréable en plein milieu de la cuisine. filtre tjrs dans perco( avec poils) mur gras et hotte aussi. et drap de lit sale du clip clap en boule dans l'armoire du living. et drap de lit troué... vraiment dommage car sans cela il aurait été génial.

Direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung war einige Schritte vom Meer, leider nur wenige Parkplätze vor der Wohnung aber an der Hauptstra§e ca. 300 m weit weg gab es Gratisparkplätze. Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit einem Balkon zum verweilen leider ohne Meersicht dafür groß genug und konnte auch zum Wäsche aufhängen genuzt werden. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist komplet mit allem was gebraucht wird inklusive Waschmaschine. Leider konnte man nicht gleichzeitig 2 elekronische Gärete gleichzeig brauchen da sonnst die Sicherung rausflog, zb. wen die Waschmaschine lief konnte sich niemand die Haare fönen ect. Nachts ist es lange sehr laut da ein Hotel direkt daneben ist. Das Bett ist leider sehr unbequem und man spürt jeden Draht. Annsonten ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung und wen man sich an diesen Sachen ncht stört kann wunderbare Ferien direkt am Meer verbringen. Das Team von Interhome in Empuriabrava ist top!
