This charming one-bedroom apartment spans 60 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom features two single beds, while the inviting living/dining area includes a sofa bed for two, a coffee table, a TV cabinet with television, and a dining table with four chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and a coffee maker. The bathroom includes a bathtub. Additionally, the apartment offers a terrace with garden furniture, an iron, heating via a heat pump, air conditioning, and a covered parking space within the building.
