Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 1 baby bed, lounge, dinette, TV and ON REQUEST an additional person can be accommodated at the price of 15,00 € per night (to be paid on site). The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator (freezer). You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Rosolina Mare. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella offers various types of accommodation: small apartments, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favourite sport.

The hotel is located in the Po Delta Nature Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge; the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean maquis, with 2 million trees of 150 different species, for example maritime pine and poplar, also called "Populus alba", from which the island takes its name.

Here, fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian wading birds find their natural habitat. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the town. Parking for one car near the house, parking for the second car in the designated car park (distance 800 m).

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
The swimming pool complex at the sports centre (1 Olympic pool, 1 children's pool, 2 small pools) is available for use, open from: 17/05/25 - 07/09/25 (weather-dependent). The sports centre is located 1 kilometre from the complex.

In summer: Adriatic Sea 100 m in Spiaggia Capo Nord (beach 100 m in Spiaggia Capo Nord with sand). Horse riding at Centro Ippico 3 km. Golf at Golf Club Albarella 3 km. Dog beach at Spiaggia Capo Nord 100 m. Tennis at Tennis Farm 3 km. The distance to the sea varies greatly depending on the location of the house. In addition, the water is quickly accessible from everywhere, and guests can swim both at the beach (from Cape North or Mare Vostrum) and in the fjords. As a rule, the first swim by bicycle takes a maximum of 10 minutes.
