It’s practically brand new so everything is in great shape. We had a suite so it was very lovely. The bathroom was enormous. Could have used some tea bags along with coffee pods and the body lotion was empty, but we lived, lol. Just lovely and we enjoyed chatting with our breakfast server too.

What I didn't like was a destination fee of 20 dollars, I guess is like Las Vegas resort fee. Also they should have waved covered parking because of all the construction in the area with very limited parking near by.

The staff were really nice and the room is exactly as it was described. The bathroom was bigger than most Parisian hotel rooms. It has central air, not a noisy AC unit attached to the side of the room. It's definitely a big step up from most other hotels in the area. You'll pay twice as much to stay in Nelson for a much lower quality room (Summer Rates).

Will not accept debit card.

At check in the hotel refused to accept a debit or anything other than a credit card for incidentals. Would of lost prepaid stay if I did not borrow a friend’s credit card. I will not stay here again. Never had this problem at any other hotel.

Property is new and beautiful. Rooms are updated and comfortable. Service was excellent. Hotel amenities also excellent. Location great for skiing or bike trails. Need your car to dine in Rossland or go to hiking trails. A lot of construction in the immediate area.
