First the staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the property or how it works when you book through a 3rd party. We requested a first floor room, and got a 2nd floor. Not too much of a problem since there was an elevator. Well the floor of the elevator had issues of it's own. The door we used to get to the elevator would shut behind us, and the card wouldn't work to open it back up so we would have to walk around the building to get in. The beds were nice, and comfortable. It was clean inside of our room.

Terrible. Dirty. Room had previous occupant food left in fridge. Several other issues that staff could not help with unfortunately.
